Vardhman Special Steels, a renowned Indian producer of high-quality steel, has successfully commissioned the state-of-the-art 4D EAGLE S measuring system developed by KOCKS and LAP at its rolling mill in Ludhiana. The advanced system, installed behind the KOCKS Reducing & Sizing Block (RSB®) commissioned earlier this year, is now fully operational. Its laser light sectioning technology allows for highest levels of precision in full-profile measurement for rounds with diameters ranging from 16 to 100 mm, hexagonal bars 19.5 to 40.5 mm and square dimensions from 50 to 110 mm.
