FAC for RSB^® 370++/4 At Fushun Special Steel

Fushun Special Steel Co. Ltd., subsidiary of the privately owned Shagang Group and one of China’s leading producers of high-grade special steels and superalloys, has granted KOCKS the FAC for its Reducing & Sizing Block RSB^® 370++/4 in 5.0 design. This milestone marks the successful integration of the new 3-roll block into regular production. This joint achievement is the result of close collaboration between the teams of Fushun and KOCKS.

Tata Steel, one of India's leading manufacturers of high-alloy, value-added steel, has successfully integrated KOCKS' Reducing & Sizing Block RSB^® 370++/4(5) in 5.0 design. This milestone is a big step towards the regular start of production at the new special bar quality and wire rod mill in Jamshedpur, India.

The Turkish special steel producer ÇEMTAŞ Celik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has placed an order with KOCKS for a Reducing & Sizing Block RSB^® 370++/4 in the 5.0 design. This strategic investment is part of a modernization of the existing mill aimed at increasing product quality, operational reliability, and production flexibility in the company’s SBQ bar rolling operations.
